Based on Pongo's records

When exactly did the scratching start, and was there anything unusual before a bath, rain, water exposure?

Outside of the ear — have you noticed any skin itching, paw licking, or rashes?

Has the paw licking been going on since before the ear issue, or did it start around the same time?

Owner answers

Did Pongo finish the full course of Otomax last time, and did the symptoms fully resolve?

It seemed to clear up after about a week, but I'm not sure I finished all the drops - he resisted the drops toward the end.
